Driving directions:Driving down the road no 2 from Łowicz for Poznań you need to turn left for Marzyce. Next in Strugienice turn left again and you arrive in Sobota like that. There you have to follow the main road as far as a T-shaped junction, at which you have to turn left again and head for the Market Square. You have to drive around The Market Square counterclockwise as to turn left where you must make for. Then drive straight ahead all the way long up to the end of an asphalt. The further part of the road you need to overcome on foot: cross the gate and down the path walk as far as the manor.
Historical outline:Historical records do not mention any castle in Sobota. However during the research from 1985 in the walls of a present manor the remainders of a hexagonal tower were discovered. It is assumed that it originates from the XVth cent. and could have belonged to a defensive manor of the Doliwit Sobocki family.
As far as an existing neo-Gothic manor is concerned, it was constructed by the Zawisza family, and then extended in the Interwar period by the Stokowski family.
