Driving from Radom down the road no 737 for Kozienice, in Aleksandrówka you have to turn left towards Warsaw. After you reach Kozienice you need to follow the roads no 48 and 79 to Warsaw. In the spot where these roads diverge to the left and right you must driver straight on to the palace.
Historical outline:
The history of the castle in Kozienice is not exactly known. As per the only study in Kozienice since the XIVth cent. there was a hunting castle that was visited by kings during their hunts. In 1467 Zygmunt I Stary was born there, and there also Władysław Jagiełło often tended to be. In the second half of the XVIIIth cent. in the place of an initial castle Stanisław August Poniatowski ordered to build the palace, which exists until today.
